Six unforgettable nights by the sea, where you’ll train hard, enjoy downtime, and get the most out of life.
Mornings start with energising workouts, followed by slow breakfasts, great coffee, and nowhere you need to rush off to. Midday is all about balance — mobility sessions, pool time, sea swims, or switching off with a book. Early evenings bring group workouts that pull everyone together, before relaxed, social dinners cooked fresh by our in-house chef. Think shared plates, delicious food, easy conversations, and plenty of laughs.
Outside the villa, we mix things up with a few standout adventures — a scenic hike through the landscape, a bike tour around a nearby island, and a boat trip to hidden bays with crystal-clear water and swims straight from the deck. The villa itself is part of the experience. Set right on the seafront, it’s designed for movement, play, and proper downtime — with an infinity pool, courts, SUPs, and plenty of space to stretch out, recover, or do absolutely nothing.

The itinerary

Sunday
Arrive in the afternoon and get yourself settled in before relaxing by the infinity pool. Take in the stunning coastal views and enjoy the first taste of the Greek sun.
Shake off the travel day with a light workout into a mobility session. We’ll have a delicious meal on the terrace together and toast to an unforgettable week to come.
Monday
Let’s get this retreat started!
We start the day strong with a high energy team workout, setting the tone for the rest of the week. We then lock in those gains with a big chef-prepared breakfast before chilling by the pool.
Midday brings a mobility session to recover and restore, before sitting down for a long lazy Greek lunch. The afternoon is yours to chill, play, recharge and soak up some rays, before we ramp it up again for sweat session number 2.


Tuesday
Nature’s medicine.
We awake with the sunrise to get out on a glorious hike, exploring breathtaking trails and connecting with nature and each other, before heading back for a well earned breakfast.
Midday brings another stretch and after another glorious lunch, the afternoon is again yours to chill, chat and splash in the pool, before we gear up for another workout. As the glow of the sunset stretches over the sea, we’ll settle in for another nourishing Greek feast on our stunning terrace.
Wednesday
Biker Gang!
Get ready for another fun, high energy workout before recovering with some ice baths and breathwork followed by a delightful breakfast prepared by our in-house chef.
After breakfast we’ll be saddling up with some mountain bikes (or e-bikes if you fancy a more chilled ride) to embark on an awesome adventure - a scenic bike tour around the island of Spetses, where cars are rare, roads hug the coastline, and every turn looks like it belongs on a postcard.
Once we are back, the afternoon is yours to fully relax and unwind, get stuck into that book, take out the paddle boards or challenge your friends to a game of beach volleyball or tennis on our private courts. Once you’ve made the most of the day, we’ll settle in for an evening with a proper Greek BBQ.


Thursday
Boat Day baby!
Start the day in style with an awesome team workout and then fuel up before we descend on the best day on the water aboard our private yacht. With lunch, drinks and tunes pumping onboard, we’ll explore the breathtaking coastline and dive into hidden bays, swimming in the clearest aqua blue waters imaginable.
Upon returning to the villa, we’ll unwind with a feast prepared by out incredible chef as the sun sets over your very own paradise.
Friday
Our Last Hurrah
Our last full day in paradise, so we are making every moment count by starting off with some fun and sweaty team games. After that you’ll have plenty of time to chill, recover and soak up more of that Greek sunshine ensuring you’re ready to go home as the happiest, healthiest version of yourself.
As the sun starts to dip, we’ll make our way for a special dinner at a local top spot – where we’ll enjoy some of the freshest and tastiest Greek dishes known to man! With ice cold drinks and insane flavours, it’s the perfect way to finish off one epic week!


Saturday
There is time for one last team workout, a cool off in the pool and one last big breakfast to fuel your journey home.
Hugs and fist bumps all round – this isn’t goodbye, it’s until next time!
